It should be followed, but there are some proposals that you can't put anything in the description, because the title says it like I said. Those proposals are only for "upload contract" and I really don't see why a more detailed explanation is needed

Some context would be nice, for example, I have no idea who these people are, if team has looked at their code at all, do we need to worry about malicious contracts, are these spam proposals, all these could probably be addressed by a short intro either in proposal or on the governance forum

Injective labs team is in direct contact with dagora. Dagora uploaded those contracts to governance but you can ignore those proposals for now as there is a mistake in them. They will be re-uploaded
