it might...but then again there was also the $15M apparently from DWF to invest. I have no idea what happened to that, but would also sway a bigger discount from the ENF for the deal

But that’s DWF investing their own money to pump their own bags. And they’d get equity in whatever they invest in, it’s not donation money. I think your assumption that DWF got a large discount is wrong, because it just wouldn’t make any sense for the ENF.
