They aren’t donating 15M. They’re agreeing to invest. They get equity for those investments + it should help them pump their EOS bags too. It’s not a gift to the EOS community.

why would the discount need to offset the VC investment? they are doing what smart money does, buying an undervalued (in this case insanely undervalued) asset they expect to be able to sell down the road at much higher prices. and of course the $15M VC money is expected to have a return of its own while helping to achieve their goal of driving the price higher in the long term. why is this difficult to understand? and why the need to always assume the worst? are you just by nature one of those nattering nabob's of negativity? geez, what a way to go through life

VC work isn't easy work. No guarantees with any investments, therefore risk. That risk should be offset...assuming DWF are professionals.

possibly...I don't deny that DWF could be doing perfectly honourable, and ethical things. I don't know them. I do know I've read a lot of criticisms...on the internet 😂
