What update? No updated frontend is yet publicly available. The one on go hex com is still based on the old one from 2019.

Yes when you click into any of those IPFS links it's the old IU. But visiting go.hex.com home page is new. Is it not?

New in what sense? It just gives you either the old one or the community developed frontends. And to be fair, none of that is new at all. All that has been around for some time.
