account again, it received a lower fee. Is this because it is more expensive in the first sendings?

if they were doing tx simulation in wallet you wouldn't lose anything...because if tx simulation fails (and it would fail in your case), it makes no sense to broadcast it to the chain instead they miscalculated tx fee first (bad but okay...it shouldn't lead to tx fail, just overpay)...then miscalculated storage fee (thats what led to fail - they didn't account for additional 0.06 tz storage fee (which is different from tx fee) for sending to fresh account) - so tx could've never succeed...then they didn't simulate it (it would've prevented it from injection) and just injected to the chain so basically they have 3 flaws - tx fee miscalculation (overpay), storage fee miscalculation and lack of simulate step adding simulate step to their wallet will solve all three as it will return optimal fees for transaction
