The news is- hunker down. Even IF RH chooses to reach a settlement rather than fight, this is going to take months to resolve. There isn't even a hearing date set. They are still in preliminary stages of information gathering (aka Discovery) and having conference calls between lawyers. The American legal system moves at a snail's pace. Just keep on Hex-ing and Pulse-ing and don't worry about the silly civil lawsuit.
