it's not a court date
28 th but it's not a court date just a hearing I believe but not much they can do as I don't believe they know were Richard is to serve him. Plus he hasn't lived in America for over 10 years
It's not even a hearing. It is literally a phone call about technicalities. Nothing Richard needs to be concerned about.

So, I see people making this comment frequently, and it's not true. This is civil court, not criminal court. The process is a bit different. The court must attempt to physically serve him. If they know he is outside of the US, they can work with the judicial branch of the country he's in to try to get him served. If they are unable to serve him, they can also place an ad in a local newspaper from his last known US address. If he fails to respond, they can continue proceedings without him present and a default judgment can be entered against him. But, given that he appears to have retained a lawyer and that lawyer will be involved in the teleconference later this month, I'm guessing he's not playing the "catch me if you can game." Also, just because he hasn't lived in the US for the past 10 years, does not mean he is not still a US citizen. I do not know his citizenship status, however, there is a process to denouncing your US citizenship.
How do we know about RH retaining a lawyer?
My bad. It was SEC that filed their attorney info.
