the defichain app to eth main net if I can no longer deposit to bake/cake?
Can somebody please be helpful here? The quantum bridge hardly supports any liquidity, and I can’t use kucoin if I’m in the US. Is there not a way to be able to do a onetime deposit through bake to go from defichain to eth main net?
Help please, this is an important issue for many people. Ignoring it is very concerning
Are You able to use KuCoin or another CEX?
I can’t use kucoin as it’s blocked in the US unfortunately
How about Bitmart? Aren't they located in the US?
U.S. customers can trade on BitMart, but the exchange's Earn and Lending products are unavailable to users in the United States. What makes BitMart stand out among its peers is the large number of digital currencies and tokens offered on the platform.
I just looked into it, it says bitmart is not available in US due to regulatory restrictions and concerns.
Have to say it, damn! I guess soon the US will be left without any exchages. The Sec just sued Kraken also. Seems the government is making quite a good job in tryng to kill inovation in all its forms. Have to be sorry for you guys 😓
Yeah it definitely sucks….so am I screwed, is there literally no way to get funds out of defichain if you’re in the US?
Guess you need to check the quantum bridge for liquidity, currently in the bear market more users use it as off ramp than on ramp, so only one sided, meaning it's more hard to have liquidity for bigger amounts. Have you tried the BSC bridge? If your funds are in the Bake app you cpuld at least withdraw even if not available in the US currently. Lets hope for regulatory clarity soon so exchanges and Bake can get back to US. Honestly it's a great market, but lawmakers with little to no knowledge of innovation and crypto are slowly killing everything in US soil
CoinEx via VPN outside the U.S. is the one working centralized exchange without mandated KYC to transact.
Joe, see my reply
I must be grandfathered in because I still have access to BitMart (in the US) - however, Bitmart doesn't seem to support DefiChain. So it would have to be bridged over to ERC-20 first before being sent - which brings us back to the liquidity problem.
