What version of the app do you have (settings> about)? What VPN did you try? Which settings? What other networka did you try? What did you to to reimport it?
Version 10.2 (iOS) Tried VPN 360 US, trued cellular and even Wi-Fi in another part of the town Cleared cache several times, reimported my wallet (deleted and logined again with its key phrase) Tried to send amount of Btc smaller than I have Contacted support several times Nothing worked

I joined a fake exchange and a lot of open ocean tokens were stolen from me... but there is no way to get back?!
Can you check the wallet and find out which exchange or person it belongs to?!
