I personally do still think it’d be nice to have

decentralization within a foundation like that, but it’s hard at the organizational level. I’d like Greymass to be decentralized like that honestly, but I have no idea how that’d even work.

So maybe a twist on how to improve the decentralization at the foundation level is instead of trying to decentralize one foundation, you have multiple organizations. The decentralization can occur in the amount of “foundations” we have perhaps? It almost sounds like what I originally envisioned BPs to be 😂️️️️

That seems to be the direction EOS is heading in, though the additional organizations we are adding are still pretty tightly bound to one another. I think the intention though is to make them more independent over time, and I can only hope we add more.

using decentralization as a tool to solve a problem: good. trying to shove every peg into the decentralization shaped hole as required by the church of decentralization: not so good.
