Sure. If one could invest in it, create an account, only transact within the ecosystem and exchanging EOS back would be restricted. Then the worth of the entire EOS ecosystem could not decline as long it is maintained and expanding.

you are not going to see it improve against BTC as long as you dont gain new users. Until then the best you get is the effect BTC increase on price generates on Alts.

BTC to me is merely the entry point of fiat to enter and stabalize the entire crypto industry, due to to its censorship resistancy.
