I'd argue it's not just 1. These questions exist. And their being transparency is a selling point for the blockchain he owns a fuckload of tokens of, and would increase their value. A case can be made that whales, dare I say it, should be active in the community?

Without Tony’s votes, you can’t ever be a TOP 21 BP, even if you are vote-buying. What it effectively implies is that the current incumbent TOP 21 structure is almost unchangeable, and thus there’s virtually no way.
