The truth is, many people don't care about governance. As the

price of EOS rises, talk of governance will naturally fade away.

Right now, despite the low price of EOS, it's only the undercapitalized Bp's who don't have the money to buy EOS but are raising issues like governance to get a vested interest in EOS.
For example) Korea's Node.one

ENF and the current top bp's because it's in their interest to denigrate them.
Many of the idealistic stories they tell are fictional and they are bp's and people who don't have the ability to do so.

Otherwise, what were they doing when there was no ENF?

The bottom line is that if EOS goes up in value, everything will be solved.
