are “m/0’” (short path). I found bch there but does the short path indicate that the seed could be from a multicoin wallet? Electron looks only for bch right? Is there a tool to scan for a wider selection of coins?

Looks like an old EC wallet seed. You should just take one of the addresses and put it in blockchair to see if it has money on multiple chains.
