Mine is improving, mostly bad posture related pain. I think most modern peeps have these issues right

Been a victim of this for a long time. What helped me the most is correcting myself while doing a regular walk and making sure my chest is puffed out and the back is straight as candle. Also, foam roller, abdomen and lower back stretches/workout and of course sitting normally while working

yeah that's like the functional patterns stuff I have been doing, it helps a lot but you're right, probably the min thing I could do is get off my phone and computer.
