Desktop, I've use other popular L2s like base, zksync, they aren't slower than telos evm either. doesn't matter if block time is 0.5s but you always have to wait longer than that, not that I'm complained because I've used other EVMs and I'm used to it. But you can't claim you're the fastest evm and when users try out the blockchain they will just be disappointed. There are other strengths of telos evm like low fees, no front running. Also doesn't really matter if I can't use the network at all sometimes, don't know if it's rpc/ endpoints, but it does bring a bad UX
