Thanks for posting.
Once they implement CBDC en masse, BCH will quickly become TOP#1 coin Tether will be KYCed and shitcoins are unusable at money
Wanna wager when they’ll try to make the switch and turn off cash in Germany? 😨
Hard to say. Germans are very pro-cash and in many less popular places they don't even accept VISA, just some local credit cards. They are really underdeveloped regarding new payment tech. In Poland, you can pay with your clock or phone everywhere, but in Germany this is still a novelty. They also have some ancient completely irrationally bad payment systems like SoFort. It's really cavemen level there.

Very pro cash, but the pandemic also showed how compliant the majority of Germans are. They would grumble, but most would just chug along… There are signs of more uprising than usual in Germany, but I think the majority would just accept it still.
The payment systems have improved greatly over the past 5 years. Payments are now instant between many accounts.
Germans are very obedient, much more than Poles. So if the government says so, they will comply, no doubt about it.
Yeah, of course it is improving over there. But in Poland we had instant payments in like 2005 You just had to pay 5x-10x the normal price for the transfer.
Funny how different things are. Instant banking (transfers within minutes) have always been free in UK, and I think to have been there since before even Bitcoin arrived.
Germany has the least electronci cash users in the EU haven't they? They generally like cash.
