Yes, Telos has been tested at those higher thresholds, when demand reaches them
While this is true- we have done 3rd party testing from Baylor university. Also we know that under extreme load telos simply rejects transactions as opposed to going down completely. There are significant design differences that not only mean telos can hangout handle more but won't crash and burn when it does hit it's limits
