[Sifuunchained] here's my try at contributing to ergo. Alex is

obviously a genius and it's extremely impressive what he has build with ergo. However, as good as he is a development, he is equally bad a presenting. His tendency to spent 10+ seconds on uhms and other filler words makes me space out after just a few minutes - Even when I really try. Now that might be partly my own problem but I'm pretty sure it's turning off normies from getting into Ergo. You can probably contribute some of Cardanos success to Charles Hoskinson and how good he is to hype up the masses.

So I tried to cut up one of kusthis talks and remove 95% of filler words. The goal is making it more engaging to view.

It's unlisted for now as I want approval from the ergo team to copy their material. I could also send edited videos to them if they prefer. I do think though that it's probably valuable to have both.

But my question is. Is this actually helpful? Would you like to see more of these edited videos?

Absolutely no disrespect to Kushti but if you can eliminate the filler (when he’s searching for the right word) this would be ideal. The man is a gifted genius and if we can just clean up the audio to reduce any down time that would be productive.

[sifuunchained] yea I could also do that. I tried removing any pauses as well and the video got cut down another 4 mins or so. However, it did lead to a very artificial and speedy version. I'll try and upload that version also so you can see what I mean.

Great job but it sounds like the whole video is once sentence. There‘s no „pause“ in between sentences. Or at least not many
