Kucoin or centralised exchanges generally decide the rates they charge for their services so don’t think there is much we can do from our side. We can probably ask if they would consider reducing the rates since the prices have gone up, but ultimately will be their decision

Yes, that's what I meant... I know there is an exchange manager. I also know that they decide how much to charge, but an approach and consultation would be good.
