If I have staked NEO in my NEO wallet for

governance voting, do I need to revote if I add more NEO to the wallet later, or will my previous vote for validators be automatically applied to the additional NEO I've added?

You do not need to revote if you add more Neo. It will automatically adjust to the wallet you voted with.
