Nominator staking is currently live right now, but you probably meant to ask about the validator staking. More details about it will come closer to the mainnet. As we are right now in a testnet stage we are keeping track of the test validators and how the product works right now.

Last recuirements were 100k if in i'm not mistaking. For validators i mean.

20k was the minimum but the max stake per validator 200k became the effective minimum once all the slots were taken
