What is the rush? I’ve been trying to figure this out,

are we only 45 days away from AGI? Then the rush doesn’t matter. Do we have 45 days to discuss this before we actually put it to a vote so that everybody has the full information and we can look at the math and make sure it makes sense for everybody?

We have the time, let’s take the time and slow down and slow our role and come to consensus. That makes sense.

Anything worse doing is worse doing right and this was not done right.

I’m not thinking about the price of the token, I’m thinking of the future of governance of this ecosystem… The price of the token will go up and down as a function of Hope and whimsy and market forces we have no control over… The future of this project is much more important and if governance and trust has been destroyed… Then it’s all worthless

Because you are throwing out a ton of capital. Your no vote is basically saying, "in this agreement, they have offered us more money than we currently have, but we are refusing it because it dilutes or ownership in something we really don't own." When people invest in these three, they invest in the things that Ben and the other CEO's have said. Ben has been trying to ally with people for a while. You basically just said to bad. We don't care Ben. You go find the money to make this work for us because we're not sharing any portion of anything that we don't own and to bad it was all your idea in the first place

The rush is because this was announced. It's what they want and they forced everyone's hand announcing this. A no vote will sink all three of these projects massively in price. Massively. They will all have to recover. Consider the price is what allows tokens to be sold to pay for things, you will spend a ton more.
