You could use ergo with ledger, but you have to enable developer mode for the app to appear and it doesn't support transferring more than 20 different tokens at once, if you are just holding ergo and a few then this is no problem. the other option is using ergo wallet on Android, or Terminus which is the same on iPhone, then follow this video instruction: https://youtu.be/7q3Jq_OvhKY
