TBH... we can point fingers both ways, right? Not all

but may times it can get very emotional and targeting. I have talked with Mike, and I understand where he is coming from and I also give the same leeway to others from community side too.

When it gets into being direct merely for harm, or starts getting out of hand... than yes, we need to step back.

That is not for me to lean on one side or the other. But, I do feel collectively, we have to understand both sides of things at times, as I feel that gets forgotten.

The point here is that what really bothers me is that if here in the chat he doesn't keep his cool, what happens in meetings with large projects that want to make partnerships where the pressure is much greater..

I have seen first hand the opposite... he has more control of the situation for what can be said/done. When you open yourself up publicly and in a medium like this where everyone can just vent? Mental health can easily be impacted. Not just for Mike but anyone
