Hi, Newbie question, on the lido dashboard "Withdrawals Request stETH/wstETH withdrawal and

claim ETH"
It's actually okay to request wsteth directly.
But I have seen many withdrawals where Wsteth is manually converted to steth at first and then the withdrawal is made with steth.
Are there any disadvantages to withdrawing directly with WSTETH?

wstETH is wrapped version of stETH. Since stETH is rebasable, I can assume that Curve use wstETH for the propper accounting. Yet, never checked it

have no idea tbh, maybe because of some UI glitch or because CRV and wstETH rewards are distributed on different schedules

wstETH incentive is provided by Lido Dao while CRV incentive is provided based on the Curve side. there is no guarantee that wstETH is provided for the pool forever. As I know, it will be reviewed on a monthly basis.

Latest I have seen it was today. Sometimes under claim rewards button you have "claim CRV" blue button, sometimes two blue buttons, one "claim CRV" and the other "claim rewards" 😂

Nope. Direct wstETH withdrawals are the same or better in terms of gas and comfort compared to the manual unwrap. Basically smart contract will unwrap wstETH on your behalf
