When you mine bch, does your node then propagate that

block or since all other nodes know those transactions, it doesn't need to propagate those blocks unless it's to an unsynced node?

For now it publishes the whole block, but we have smart solutions to avoid it. Many have pointed at the fact that each transaction has to be transported over the network twice. So any reordering, specially if miners have different rules, will reduce the effect of those methods. But do we need to care? Maybe something else will be the bottleneck. For example to create the block template (missing only the hash to be found).

Not the ordering data tho since we have CTOR

Yes exactly, but afaik it is not used

I mean CTOR is a rule, but not those compression-like protocols

The compression would be XThin, XThinner, Graphene
