If you would like to launch a new token and

replace NOIA, will the value be 1:1?
I think it's not just my opinion that if you changed the name of the company, NOIA could remain as a token

What is the reason for that to have the ETH-Token and the Cosmos-Token in Co-Existence? Can someone explain? And how will this be handled on Exchanges? Will we have both Tokens listed on Exchanges?

Eth is for trading on exchanges. The cosmos token is to be used with in the data layer ecosystem.

Why that? Why not just only the Cosmos-Token for trading and Data-Layer? What is the benefit of having the ETH-Token for Trading and the Cosmos-Token for the Data-Layer?

The token isn't being replaced. The ETH token will continue in existence, and will be able to be bridged to Cosmos 1:1. The team has confirmed this already
