So it turns out the GoCrypto payment terminals, when the

Bitcoin dot com option is selected, use some weird payment protocol that doesn't work in anything except the Bitcoin dot com wallet... Does anyone know which option will make it show a standard BCH QR code, maybe?

Goth dang it. They went and turned a perfectly fine open payment system into yet another proprietary protocol that only works in a single app.

more than one, but yes. It's a perversion for sure. their own app and something else is licensed to do it. the Slovenian company behind it reasoned it would be easier to get people onto their own profit making app, at least until the government made clear the token they used in there was probably a security.

Could have just swiped a percentage at checkout like somewhat decent people. It can be said that i was more disappointed in my life. But, not by much.

Their CEO was in this very channel a couple of years ago claiming it all had to do with regulations and how they only managed to get the Bitcoin dot com approved by regulators or something. It didn't really make sense to me but it was quite clear that the payment protocol would not be opened for open source wallets to implement.
