You mean the go hex com frontend? That always takes a lot of time as it reads directly from the blockchain. If you have a slow connection, it can take minutes. You can use a frontend that loads data from Graph. Those load faster (but are also subject to Graph outages).

if you are using the main frontend, wait for it to load, it uses onchain data, it needs some time to load all the data from a node.
