This is not a terrible idea actually. Writing the addresses like we write 12-word seeds would be much more readable for common people. ...but it would also make it impossible for sysadmins/people to calculate them, nobody will remember a dictionary of words. So the addresses would have to be copy-pasted into a translator software anyway (or router/system software would have to translate it first so it can be calculated). So this would only work as an extra display thing, not main display mechanic. You would have to have normal numeric/hexadecimal address and the wordlist-variant next to it.
Then, use base36, where numeric-only addresses directly translate to ipv4? Like: 192.168.1.1 translates directly to v4 space, while abc.def.7af.zzs is a ipv6 address
