Hi Telosians, In an effort to increase network reliability and responsive

of block producers, we’re pleased to announce that we have submitted the BP Missed Blocks Accountability governance proposal for your consideration.

Back in March we polled the community about what they thought the appropriate amount of time the penalty should be for a BP being “asleep at the wheel.” This proposal simply raises that amount and compounds additional penalities for repeat offenses within a time period.

We hope that you will consider this proposal and vote “Yes!”

This is currently for mainnet only. More discussion needs to be had for testnet about what’s appropriate.

I'm not sure the missed block counter is the greatest measuring stick. As operators know, I could miss 100 blocks per day and it be the fault of the team handing off to me.
