Also what is the nonsense in your Bio? You say "TELEGRAM DOES NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO SHARE PHOTOS OR MESSAGES", yet you use telegram to post the stuff? You know that the second your post something on Telegram, it ends up on their servers and in their chats? So basically you give telegram permission by using their platform. The only way for the platform to not have your stuff is for you NOT to use it. This won't fly in any court anywhere.
