I see your point, but its also good to keep pushing the protocol forward and theres a handful of devs whose main interest is that goal. It does seem to me after vm limits/big int/bounded loops we'll have the vm in a much better place for builders and speed/o-conf is probably the next big thing to look at for ux
even now before vm limits, the main bottleneck is not the limits I'd say
utxo committments is the next thing for IBD, but yeah idk maybe speed can be helped. In two or three years though we should already be building a substantial economy that gives us more clout in crypto and a lot of it circular which solves itself
