So like by making us look prestigious? Doable, but not for everybody. Maybe Jeremy can do it, but most people are not good at creating prestige and making ourselves look "so cool"; being snobbish and stuff.

no it's not really that either, although that might help. The idea is that it's a billion times easier to create value by cooperating with people that already get it than to chase around people who don't. As the people who get it and are inside the network get richer and happier, other people want to be in the network too
