No I don't really understand. I think you have a vague problem that isn't really a problem anyone has, and so you don't really have a solution since it's not a problem
To illustrate what I mean Centrlized means a single point of failure that can be censored or taken down Now For take down problem for the Bitcoincash podcast. I am an agency and I see bitcoincash podcast website is threatening. Since I can not censor this website I can take it down since DNS is centralized. The solution might be a system for BCH that is similar to ETH, ENS where you can not be taken down unless the whole Blockchain goes down Second problem is censorship for the CHIP. Where are the majority of people to reach? It is in telegram, Reddit, and BCR that if those gates are captured by any group it can close that gate You still have the option to post your chip but the direction of this is taken from underneath you where you can't access that user base anymore easily Potential solution: a system where communication can happen permissionless with massive reach and easy access similar to Reddit and Twitter but these are centralized however so you might need something similar to Noster rely for this
Alternatives include LBRY, Mastodon, are more decentralized for messages. It would be nice if we could get podcast software to work with IPFS.
