no bc the point of the proxy in this framework was to impose a set of transparency expectations from BPs who received the inflation. That was the sticking point....BPs needing to be transparent. Clearly a bad idea when transparency is the last thing a colluding group would want to present.
So there would be multiple proxies performing this same transparency function? I mean yes, that does solve one entity kind of monopolizing and attracting all voters, but it still creates an advantage for any proxy performing this function - which is kinda the root of the whole issue. I don’t recall that ever being brought up, but then again there was so much unneeded drama happening at that point in time it’s possible I didn’t catch that.
