Serious Question: If DAG is a "Fee Less" Network,

where does the money come to pay Node Operators? Where do staking rewards come from?

Good question I'd also like to know the answer honestly

Feeless for retail users. One free snapshot about every 20 seconds. After which a fee applies. Which also slows down spam attacks on the network.

Please read the whitepapers

It's "fee less" if you can attach enough DAG on your statechannel (through staking pool or attracting node operators). If a state channel handles more traffic then their provisioned $DAG, then they will need to pay for every transaction that is over their limit. Those fees will come back to the reward pool for node operators => generative economy :)
