Hey guys, can I ask what is the reasons for

incubated projects launching as an Erc20 token rather than an L0 token? Why is it necessary for o migrate to a native token later on rather than just launching as one?

Usually it's to establish liquidity sooner since the popular tokens are erc20s more money flows into and out of them. Once the HGTP is open it will mint L_0 tokens as each project desires. Some will not migrate to L_0 and some will.

Ok great, thanks. So even if a project decides to stay as an erc20 token within the Dag network it still reaps the benefits of the feeless txs and infinite scalability?

It benefits when on the HGTP but to & from the hgtp will still be exposed to eth fees (ref to erc20).
