After watching things happen over the last few weeks, I

have feedback that might be helpful for the team. 1. Stop doing hyper graph hours. The do not inspire the confidence that was expected. instead, they create more uncertainty. I think most people would rather see well written communications come out every month or so with updates and the occasional AMA. That way, the written communications can be revised to remove any inconsistencies. 2. Stop giving time frames like "early October or Q3. Give more solid dates and time frames like "by October 15th". This will instill more confidence in the community. 3. Hire an actual PR person. 4. Create a more focused and forward timeline. Most updates I see focus on how the project can be bigger. Instead, focus on how the project can be complete, then make it bigger. For months, we keep hearing about additional use cases and hardware companies and all that which lead to many different projects that are all incomplete. The road map should look more like finish network, test network, build state channels, test state channels. Launch network, stress test network. Then focus energies on other avenues. 5. Be forthcoming with the community. For example, more nodes are going to be launched this month. Has anyone been notified? What is the criteria to be chosen? Another example. What will the rewards look like for soft nodes? People holding ought to know what it is they are holding for and make those decisions based upon that information. If there are delays, be upfront with that and don't try to position it in a way that makes it seem like you were being transparent when you weren't. The community will appreciate it. I'm sure there are a few more things, but these are the bulk. I hope you find it helpful and actually implement some or all of these things.

are you for real? this is not the opinion of the whole community.. the whole point in an investment is that you are investing in something which has not yet been built, otherwise you would just be buying into a working product at working product prices.. pioneering engineering projects take time and resources, and very rarely come in on time. There's a reason for that. it's because it's impossible to put an accurate timeframe on uncharted territory. I'm sure the team would prefer not to have to do the constant updates and just get on with their workload but they do it to keep everyone informed of what is going on in *their* company, and the progress being made. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I would find it a little condescending if I was on the tail end of developing one of the most transformative technologies ever built and people were telling me how I should be doing it. that's my opinion

The fact that this comment was even made and that people are agreeing with it truly showcases the huge amounts of ignorance understanding what constellation is actually trying to do you can’t make specific time periods for active Research and development projects that’s not how that works nor can you develop a static timeline of events for revolutionary technology working with companies and governments that wish and need to stay private this isn’t your typical normal crypto project and ultimately all these “improvements” are to make normies feel good so price stays stable has absolutely nothing to do with investor trust

After watching how this channel is reacting, I think the supporters of DAG could benefit from doing more research rather then complaining that they di not make their moon bag. Refer AMAZON chart. It will help put things in perspective. I very much appreciate HH and hope that with a little #nohype sprinkled on them, they continue indefinitely while the overall mission plays out.
