or so days from being in the hospital but have noticed increased interest in DAG. Has the soft node staking started? Also, has there been info released regarding what's necessary to soft stake?

Also, can it all be staked in a single stargazer wallet? For example, if you have 1 million DAG, can you soft stake 4 nodes worth from a single stargazer wallet?
