I realized that I had to use the public key exchanghe when harvesting But before I asked for a withdrawal at all, I emailed coinex and said that in order to withdraw Kadena, I have to enter the public key. Where should I find this? coinex replied that he was in Kadena's deposit That I entered it and it is a mistake In my contact with trust wallet and Kadena Explorer, they replied that because the destination address was eth and the Kadena network had given an error in the first place, it had not given an error and a withdrawal request had been sent. Because the destination and the network are not the same, it is returned to the exchange and coinex(origin), which owns Public key, is the owner of Kda coinex told me wrong and I used public key exchange to withdraw Kadena from the exchange, which should have used public key wallet(destitaion).and now my wallet is empty and transacion not done.

I don't get exactly whar you are saying but if the transaction failed and it "returned" to the exchange you need to contact them
