is for a cex to implement the k: wallet upgrade? im trying to figure out whether kucoins 3 weeks of disabled kda deposits and withdrawals are justified or not

You can try all you want to figure it out and you will end up where you started. Ultimately the exchange or wallet or entity makes their decision on how urgent it is for them to make the changes. From my understanding (based on previous convo's around this issue) Kadena team will GLADLY assist any exchange/wallet/entity that wants to implement the proper code. Its in Kadena's best interest to do that, and they WILL do that.. but it really comes down to the entity on how urgent they feel it is to put into place in a timely manner.
