Hi guys, I have withdrawn kda from kucoin to zelcore wallet

Hi guys, I have withdrawn kda from kucoin to zelcore wallet

without k: account.
The transaction was completed on the kucoin side. But, on the kadena network it shows "TxFailure , message : account guards do not match"
So, it means my public key with the key-set on chain 1 is mismatch and transaction is failed.

I would be appreciated, if the admins could tell me, it is possible to recover the coins? Andwhere is the coins now?
It is on the kucoin side or it stuck on the kadena network? What is the solution to recover them? Thank you in advance.

kucoin has your coins if the transaction failed

They told me on kucoin account it shows transaction is completed but on the kadena network it shows transaction failure. So, you think it is on the kucoin side?
