Hello, I have a technical question, I have withdrawn kda from kucoin

to zelcore wallet around 26 days ago. The transaction status on kucoin platform completed but on kadena network it shows transaction failed due to account guards do not match.
I have checked on kadena balance checker and found out the public key and chain 1 keys-all are not same and they are mismatch keys. So, the transaction failed on the kadena network level.
I opened support ticket on kucoin and after long awaiting they respond me "This withdrawal has been sent out, we could not control it anymore."

Please let me know this is true and the coins are out of kucoin or it is in kucoin yet? Because the transaction is failed on the kadena network level and never transferred on zelcore wallet. So, there is not any solution to recover the coins?
