They're lying to you.. they are NOT waiting for help from the Kadena team. The KDA team has offered to help them with anything Kadena related.. whether its code or implementation or anything.. they have not accepted the offer. Its 100% their fault and they are not taking ownership of their mistakes.. which is why you should move away from them in my opinion.

Those that answer are just admins in support … I believe they will sort it out after watching AMA with Doug and matta I believe that Doug mentioned about the complicity of the wallets ..

There is no excuse for the delay.. CoinMetro did it in a couple days... UNLESS those exchanges that have closed KDA transfers OVERSOLD the amount of KDA they had available and now they have closed the transfers because they don't have enough to cover it. A lot of people are talking about that being the possible reason for the wallet delays.

Anyone can do whatever they want with their coins.. if you enjoy having your coins held hostage, by all means, just leave them there and you will be able to move them whenever they feel like completing the "maintenance"
