We're experimenting with a new AMA format. If you have any questions for the team, please use the below format and submit your questions to the Telcoin Telegram or Discord channel. Questions must be submitted and completed using the below template. The author must tag a Community Manager (CM - usernames below).

The team will answer your questions in written format first, sharing the answers publicly in Telegram and Discord afterwards. We will then plan a voice AMA to go through them (and generally talk Telcoin with whomever wants to join), which will be pre-determined and shared at a later date.

Our Telegram Community Managers (CMs) are also available for urgent support requests only, but due to limited availability, we urge you to use the Online Support Form. Our official CMs (plus Timezones) are:

The Telcoin Community will be migrating to Discord from the release of V3 of the Telcoin Application, and this channel will become read only upon the release of V3.1 later this year. During this transition period, this channel will be set to slow mode and used for informational purposes only (eg. utilizing the search function). Support requests should be initiated via email at support@telco.in or within the appropriate Discord channels.

You can find a link to the new Telcoin Discord channel in the “Help & Support” menu once you’ve updated the app to V3.0.
