thanks! I did miss it!
Option 1 - DUSD >1usd As far as I understand will this also working for existing DUSD loans, as if this option is released, I can payback already existing DUSD loans with my existing DFI?! Is it possible to payback loans with DFI which are put as collateral in the vault, or do I need to release them first for payback?! Any clue when this option is voted for and will be implemented?
1. yes 2. does it matter? The difference is two clicks 3. Tomorrow will be another Twitter spaces to discuss the idea. Depending on the sentiment there will be an emergency application
2. It does matter because your collateral % reduces when releasing DFI from the vault to use to pay back the vault. It would be a great idea if held collateral could be applied to the loan directly
Good point, that would be safer, especially for people close to liquidation
Thx Suryan. Ad2 - it only matters if your collateral falls below Minimum if you need to pull it out first… or is there a spare time you have?! …until the next ratio is valid?! …in this case it should be enough time to pull it out and payback the loan immediately afterwards?!
My understanding is there is a time delay so you could put your vault below the treshold of liquidation for a short period. But Im not 100% sure and suggest you look that up. I saw there was a yt video posted yesterday that extensively covers liquidation and auctions. I suggest you take your information from there
I think there is a 1-hour delay but for DFI price Oracle. You can see on your loan details that it says what will next collateralization rate would be. But I am not sure if there is such a delay in removing your DFI collateral. I have 450% collateralization so I will try to remove some and pay back the loan with DFI as soon as this is possible.
