Hi. Same question as of yesterday. Buying resources (food, toolkit)

is still not happening. I left one open order yesterday and woke up with a refund. How can I continue score without an easy way to resupply? now STEP is not showing my recent orders as wel.. can you please fix> it's quite disappointing.

FYI, bought 5000 food and 2500 toolkit

you gave me the same generic answer yesterday, to which there was no resolution. unless this is fixed, SCORE is useless. to answer, there is NO unsettled nor pending orders in STEP, as mentioned in my query above. each time I try to buy, you guys cut a portion of my SOL.

If there is nothing on the step then the purchase is successful. And should be in your wallet Clear your browser data and historiy. Or use another browser or wallet

you realize that this is far from being a smooth transaction (to clear browsing data and history every time) FYI, I have 8 SOLS in my wallet. I have enough ATLAS as well.. I even have POLIS. Also, the BUY orders are OPEN in MARKETPLACE, so the purchase was initiated.

All orders must be visible in step. So the problem is with your browser or wallet And you can even cancel it

if only you allow people to send screenshots as proof... also, why would I ask for HELP from an admin IF that same admin would not believe me? my wallet is connected in STEP and in SA... wallet balance matches in STEP and in Phantom. my FRIEND, you should be the one trying to resolve MY issues as you are a developer and I am an investor.

my original query remains unresolved.. my resource BUY is not reflected in STEP, but is open in marketplace. Each time I cancel and retry tp buy resources, you cut 0.0001 SOL from my wallet. I use Phantom wallet as it is recommended by you, now you want me to try something else? Honestly, the experience is disappointing at best, it's frustrating as hell.. ROI is peanuts as well.. I understand everything is not even alpha, but the delivery so far falls waaaaaay below expectations that devs set, and waaaaaaay below the cost to invest in this game.

How long are you waiting before you cancel the transaction? Think mine usually goes through within a minute then I'll have to refresh for my inventory to reflect.

several times yesterday, over one hour. last transaction, i left overnight... I woke up to a refund. I tried almost 20x since yesterday. UPDATE; two buys just popped up in DEX as OPEN orders, not SETTLE.

can you check step.finance and see if you have anything unsettled for your address? if you scroll down on their dashboard it shows all pending dex orders as well as unsettled balances
