Question, I understand that Kadena blockchain takes roughly 30 seconds

for transaction finality, is that correct? Compare this to Solana's instant finality.

How can Kadena ensure this isn't a weakness? Scalable L2? Is there a link anybody can share?

I wouldn't say that is correct. PoW chains are 'longest chain' so the finality would be typically longer than 30 seconds. Think I've seen 2 minutes quoted as an acceptable finality, but it more a case of 'its up to you'. Kuro (Kadena's L2) can obviously do instant finality.
